Latvian Ski Association has the plesure to invite participants from all three Baltic states Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania to the 2nd Baltic Cup competition in alpine skiing from 13th to 20th of march 2010. Baltic Cup competitions for the 2nd time will be held in Finland at the ski resort Suomutunturi. You will find all the important team-related information in this document.

Entries:

Attached entry forms for the races with information (athletes gender, age group, country, club, disciplines) are expected to come to the race secretary e-mail info@infoski.lv  one week before the official day of arrival by 6th of march 2010.

Accomodation:

All teams, team officials and guests can book their accomodation using website www.suomutunturi.fi  at „Hotelli Suomutunturi” which is located by the slope. The hotel has arranged a price for the participants of the Baltic Cup races 62,- eur per person per day and 72,- eur per person per day including brekfast (hotel rooms and cabins are available).

Teams looking for less expensive accomodation are welcome to book their accomodation using website www.suomunmokit.com. Catering:

Teams are also welcome to use restaurant „Hotelli Suomutunturi”, price for lunch and dinner buffet will be 9,- eur each. For children restaurant will ofer lower prices.

Lift tickets:

For the participating teams and guests the price for the lift ticket per person per day will be 20,- eur.

Race Office and team captains meetings:

Race Office will be located at „Hotelli Suomutunturi” and will open one hour before each team captains meeting. The first team captains meeting will be held on Sunday 20.00 local time.

Rules for the Baltic Cup 2010 competition will be attached by this document and published at the website www.infoski.lv

Insurance:

Competitors compete on their own liability. The national ski associations and the team officials are responsible for adequate insurance for all their competitors.

Participation payment:

Team leaders will be caharged 15,- eur for each racer each discipline. The payment will be charged at the end of each team captains meeting before recieving the bib numbers. There will be no charge for the official SG training.
